What cookies are
Small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to function. Others record how the site is used, or are set by third parties whose services appear on our pages.
Cookies we set
Strictly necessary
[ FILL IN ] List session cookies, security cookies, and any cookie remembering a consent choice. These do not require consent, but they must still be listed with their name, purpose and lifetime.
Analytics
[ FILL IN ] Name your analytics provider and every cookie it sets, with purpose and lifetime. If you use a cookieless analytics tool, say so here, because that materially reduces your obligations.
Newsletter and forms
[ FILL IN ] Name your email provider and any cookie or tracking pixel it sets.
Affiliate tracking
[ FILL IN ] Affiliate networks commonly set cookies when a reader clicks a link. Name each network, the cookie, and its lifetime. This is the category most often missed.
Third parties
[ FILL IN ] List every third party that can set a cookie through our pages: CDN, embedded video, comment system, ad network, social embeds. Link to each one’s own privacy policy.
Managing cookies
You can refuse non-essential cookies through our consent banner, and you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
Changes
